Blizz, you gotta be kidding?-I figuredz it out

So, I've been waiting one week for my Charger Mount to come in, but I get nothing. Some of you know, that I called Blizzard to see what's up. Well that 72 hour thing? No. It's been a week now. I'm getting a little ticked, and when I submit a ticket? 6 day wait time. This. Is. Crap. What's up with blizz?

Is anyone else suffering the same thing? Because right now...I could really use someone to relate to...

Sounds like to me that you need to actually call Blizzard through a phoneline. Not just wait for a in-game game ticket. If your earlier call told you wait 72 hours and you still got nothing, its time to send them a 2nd phonecall I think.

I think I'll call tonight. I don't think Blizz will be happy to hear some of the things that will come out of my mouth. After getting my twisted ankle stepped on today, I've been suffering from some anger management problems...

I'm having the same problem.. It's been 5 days now since I signed up and I also have not gotten the mount yet. I also will be calling when I get home tonight.

You might also check to see if your payment went through.. If you used a card, check to see if the amount was deducted or not.. Then if it has you can use that also when you talk to blizz

I honestly don't know. I am also, going to pay for one more month's gametime tonight, to see if that does it. If it doesn't, I am not going to be the happiest of people.

So...I know this is a double post, but somehow, SOMEWAY, I got the mount. I bought some gametime, JUST to see if my theory is correct, and it was. I got the mount ingame.

I hope any and all of you who are having problems, can figure them out! I also hope everyone who ordered this, gets their mount!

The mount probably triggers upon payment being made/taken. So if your between when your payment is taken out or game-card added, then you might have to wait until then before recieving it.

I only got mine after I payed for my next bit of game time. So I think hat's true.
