guild charter help? (helped) thanks!

Hey =) (considering the time it's probably not the best time to ask but i can always try)
So i know people will be like why not just ask people or randomly just press on people without guilds and try to get a charter frankly i tried that and i couldn't do it, i think its the shy side of me and i cant force myself to do it at ALL.
But what i came here to ask because here i can ask because forums are just different and a lot of people will say the same thing that they cant do stuff on wow but they can do it here =(
Anyways to the point could i get 2 people by any chance to just make an alliance human on scarlet crusade US to sign my charter so i can finally have my fave tomb raider 2 level as a guild, that would be great =) Note: ill be on for about another 1 hour or so. (i'll be on healsofdeath)
Im kind of trying to keep my cool right now because im on the verge of crying because blizz won't let me sign my own charter more than once and because this whole not been able to ask people is really starting to annoy me but i've always been like that you should have seen me when mop came out with one of the quest mobs >.> i waited over 2 hours for everyone to leave before attacking him, because i just couldn't bring myself to attack him while people were around.
