Hey guys. While looking at the patch 5.3 stuff...I saw a mushan mount that'll likely be added to it. So I've been doing it again.

I'm stuck on the raven lord clone and no matter what I do, I can't beat him! Anyone know a good strat for a BM hunter?

I am not sure if you have right idea about boss, so I will go through basic idea of boss first. If you know it, feel free to skip.

Main ideas of boss are his raven adds and stack he gains from them. These adds come in sets of 4, with first set being up right from start. And each time you kill and add, boss gains buff for 1-2 seconds, which gives him +300% damage buff if it reaches 5 stacks.

Sadly, I can't recall which way worked for me as I killed it months ago. But I can see two ways:
1)As adds come in sets of 4 and boss gets enrage at 5 stacks, simple way is to kill every set before next spawns. Might be easier as Survival, but I personally did match as BM.
2)Because buff is just +damage, other way would be to just kite boss around the arena, which should be easy with Concussive Shot spam. This way, you shouldn't need to stress about adds too much (but you still need to kill them so they don't pile up).

Hopefully this helps even a bit. If it doesn't, can you tell what you're dying to?

When I fight him, he summons like a whole swarm of birds at once.

It's either a bug or, more likely, you're missing the initial spawn.

Have you tried the boss multiple times as only player at arena? Because there should be only 4 at start, unless boss bugs and few birds remain at the arena after you wipe (happened to me few times, nothing like trying hard boss with few extra ravens that don't belong there).

nah others go between attempts. I kill the 4 initial birds...the he summons like 20 at once.

20? Well, that truly sounds like a bug for me. Have you tried something like, bursting that 20 bird spawn with Bestial Wrath + Multishot-spam and then just kiting the boss?

ick reminds me.. I need to go and do that again.. only rank 4 so I have a ways to go but yah kiting isn't my strong suit lol

Hey all...little update her...finally got this bird down. (only used like 1 Multi shot and 2 Glaives if I recall). Just bursted him down like a madman.

Went on to 1 shot Akama, kill Smash in 2 tries, then 1 shot Ungulox.

I am now struggling on GG Engineering, though I'm doing better at them. XD

So we meet again.

Trick on GG is that rockets also damage bosses. So idea is to stick on Bo the gnome (Golden Rule of WoW: always smack gnome if you can) while using CC on him as much as you can. At the same time, stay at melee range and circle him so that rockets hit him, but not you.

After some practice, this is pretty easy fight if you have self healing for Death Ray spam and you have gotten used to rocket dodging.

Yup, the key to GG Engineering is to dance in and out and let the bombs do the majority of the work while not killing yourself by them. Since they have a shared health pool, as long as you're hitting one of them with rockets, you're in good shape.

Yeah I know the rockets thing XD. I have the gnome constantly MD'ed to my pet. With Animal Bond glyph, Spirit Bond and Mend (glyphed), he can survive it NP. When one shields, I have started trying to run to the unshielded guy to get more rockets doin damage, rather than having a few be wasted due to being immune.

Update: GG and Summoner defeated. Summoner has too much RNG >.>

Now I'm on Battletron....hopefully I don't blow myself up XD

I found Battletron to be the easiest for rank 7, even easier than meatball. I actually had a LOT of trouble with meatball. I'd get near 40 orbs in 10-20 seconds, pop cooldowns... and then he'd just outright oneshot me 30 seconds into the fight...
The people who were spectating seemed just as confused as I was. <__>

Yeah I'm struggling on B-tron. I can handle the mines...its his instant nuke thing that's getting me.

Yay I need help again! No matter what I do...Battletron always kills me...even with Exhiliration, Animal Bond, and Spirit Mend....anyone got any tips? I know about popping mines.
