Was in Drustvar to tame a few pets when I came across this I wonder what is going on here.

Might be caused by the incursions. The area that those mobs are in just so happens to be in the general area that the incursion WQs spawn.

I think the reindeer are preparing an attack on fox lands, and the foxes are preparing their defences now that they've paid into their warfront. pretty soon, elite critters will spawn, that drop.. well, nothing, because beasts don't really need anything.

Where are the rabbits and squirrels with weapons like in Mulgore that would be too funny all out animal war.
