Current and future WoW customizations..

Someone in my guild had brought this up once. I had almost forgotten about it until I got the quest chain on my BE for the Black Empire campaign, starting with Valeera Sanguinar. Now granted the Lore key character NPC's are supposed to look unique from players and other NPC's (usually with their height and size) but one thing that is puzzling, how come BE females not have a simular body type to Valeera? 
She is a BE, and has been around lorewise as long as BE/HEs have been in this game.
Then again with Shadowlands coming up, and all the changes and added features they are making in the looks of most (and possibly all) races in WoW, if they made a change to BE's in general or added features to further change their looks, what would you want to see and why?
