Beastial Wrath and when you use it

Quick little topic here that I'm curious about. I've seen many BM hunters with thier own idea of when and when not to pop Beastial Wrath.
Most I've seen on my server prefer to use it whenever it's up to help boost overall damage done. Other hunters I've met like to save it for boss encounters alone.

I'm wondering what side of the fence you all stand on... BW whenever it's up or perhaps only when you're fighting the "big bads"?

I use it whenever it's on cooldown, but I always (try to) keep it up for a boss.

Whenever I'm BM I find myself spamming it as much as I can. However, as I have trinkets, rapid fire etc all macro'd in.. I try to keep them all ready for bosses.

I spam TBW too but, I always try to make sure to save it, not just for bosses. Sometimes when I know a pull could get messy I wait to use it. So then when the pull does get messy like I fear, I can pop TBW, spam my spells, have pet intimidate something and be able tp dish out enough threat to keep it off the healer etc..

Mean yeah make sure to save it for the boss.

Tho Makkie I suggest making an unmacro'd version :p

I basically use it whenever it is up unless I know we are going to go right into a boss after a trash pack, then I save it for the boss.

Yeah, I tend to keep it off cooldown as much as I can. With the glyph it's not a horrible wait time, but if a boss is coming up then I might save it, but only when it's a pull or two away.

Then again if it's a raid boss, I might save it for those moments when I need it.

Whenever it's up. If it's not off cooldown when we pull a boss, it will be within 30 seconds, the cooldown is so short that I've never find myself running straight from having used it to attacking a boss.

I use it quite often, though perhaps not every time it's up. I definitely always save it for boss fights, but I pop it during large trash groups or tricky ones.

It's got a short enough cooldown that you can use it on every other pull at the very least.

I, like most here, use it every time it's off CD bar when the CD would interfere with the next boss fight, in which case I save it.

I tend to horde my cooldowns and save them for when they're REALLY REALLY NEEDED. Which for me is bosses (if I know one is coming up), or like Ryai said, if I know an especially tricky pull is coming up. Sometimes an un-tricky pull becomes tricky too if the tank didn't do it right or the dps ran ahead and grabbed extra, too. Times like these are also times I pop TBW, because the extra damage goes a loooong way to keeping the healer and myself alive.

'Course, I dunno what the new dungeons are like yet, so I dunno if that'll change when I hit Cata content.
