Because I suppose we could organise a hunter event of some sort, and if mania approved, perhaps make it open to any hunters on Nesingwary?
We could have the gathering somewhere in Eversong/Silvermoon, Perhaps, as parties look best in those parts. Or, Alternatively, we could have it in that enclosure in duskwood where there used to be a great dragon.

When I wrote the ticket and asked for the band, the GM told me, it was possible if only I had asked earlier. (It was just 2 days from the actual event).

Until now, I never had any event to organize, so I never tried to book them.

Why don't you just write a ticket, impersonate the little innocent and slightly dumb goblin girl and ask?

Wouldn't it look perfect with the band just in front of that portal?

The scenery is perfect, It's in a crater, meaning it's enclosed and hidden from random people, and also there's not a huge chance of being dropped in on as no one goes there since the world boss disappeared.

There's even a pool, to the side! (you can dimly see it behind the root of the tree on the right hand side.)

What do you guys think?

Wha? All 4 of the Guardian Dragons are still around. They vary in location from one portal to the next, but they still spawn all the time. Many kill them though, so perhaps you just haven't seen one spawned.

They certainly still exist though.
