Wha? All 4 of the Guardian Dragons are still around. They vary in location from one portal to the next, but they still spawn all the time. Many kill them though, so perhaps you just haven't seen one spawned.

Most likely i'm just missing him each time then, but wouldn't it be funny if we were in the middle of having our party, and Emeriss suddenly appeared and killed 50 level 20-40 hunters? xD

It's a stunning setting, imo, and would be the perfect location for a party if not for the dragon.
