Ravager, because when I think Saturo, I think Saturn, and then following that note, ravagers certainly look grotesque and alien like. They're also pretty vicious.

and since i can never get saturo...im calling her the fel reaver from hellfire...no matter how big and tough...(and loud)....she always sneaks up on you and keeps her pimp foot strong.
