Mists of Pandaria Mounts

I'm hoping they decide to add in a 150 mount achievement in MoP. There's so many new mounts it won't be too hard to get now.

Been hoping for one forever myself! IDK why I'm a tlike 129 i think so I'd still have a good bit to go depending on if they are all rep mounts or drops etc. But I want one! XD

Apparently the Collector's Edition will give out a mount this time as well as the usual mini pet!

Given the trend with previous CEs, I would expect the minipet is some sort of dragonling related to the expansion, and so likely to be a baby cloud serpent.

Maybe the mount will be a related colour of cloud serpent? Maybe they'll go for something totally different... but personally I think it's more likely it'll be a flying mount.

The tooltip for the mount says "Skill changes depending on your location." This means it will be a ground mount and flyer along the lines of the pet store mounts.

That being said, because of this I doubt it'll be a cloud serpent mount. Those things are HUGE, and people already gripe about the big obnoxious Heart of the Aspects flapping around in Battlegrounds. Plus, the basic models are already confirmed as daily rewards, and the god serpent mounts are probably too exclusive to risk oversaturation by being purchasable.

If it was an altogether new model, I'd be so psyched. We still need Roc and traditional Pegasus mounts. I can't believe those don't exist in a world where we fly 80 different types of dragons, gryphons and their cousins, wyverns, and robotic gnome heads.

I love getting the Collector's Editions...sadly Cataclysm was the first I managed to obtain. (When I started in Vanilla I don't think I had any idea that Collector's Editions existed, and when TBC and WotLK came out I couldn't find the CE anywhere, it was impossible. :<) A mount would be really fun, I always thought it would be nice if they broke the mold a bit and changed the items that came with CEs rather than just a dragon whelp/minipet each time.

No but after Vanilla they all where. I love Blizz's CE they all are really good (compared to other games CE they are wondefull) They spoil us really as some CE cost the same but don't come with as much goodies! The art books are personally the best thing in em. I have the WOTLK,CATA and SC2 ones with the Diablo pre-ordered XD I'll get this one for sure as soon as the pre-order goes up!

AFAIK if you manage to get a copy you might be able to attach it to your account and get the pets. But that's like wasting a key. XD
