Update bug: RAF mounts/pets missing

So apparently there is some sort of in-game bug that has deleted all of our RAF rewards.

Don't be shocked when you come to use your favourite mount and it's not there.

Supposedly, this will be repaired at the next server restart.

Both my Zevrah and my Obsidian mount are missing. The latter is saddest for me, since I use it a great deal while dual-boxing.

My Nightwing is missing as well. My little Guardian Cub from the store is also not working. I see it on my pet list, but it's grayed out and I cannot summon it.

All other store bought pets/mounts seem to be working.

I'm missing quite a few mounts because they are gone from my sidebar, and my mount count has gone down quite a bit.

I am not upset. I know it will be fixed. I am glad I found out before I got really worried however.

It would seem that ALL mounts and pets from the Blizzard store are also now missing.

my RAF mounts are there, but my blizz store pets/mounts are MIA...interesting bug...not really...

Yep, I wouldn't have noticed before I read about it, but my store-bought mounts disappeared, as did Tyrael's Charger. My poor tauren pally was on his Armored Bloodwing and logged in high over Shattrath only to plummet to his death. Interesting times.

My obsidian nightwing was missing but seems to be back now... but I had 217 mounts and am still apparently missing one, as it says I'm at 216... It's really bugging me.

are you sure? I just logged in and anything that was "Blizzard Store" was greyed out as though I didn't have it.

Yep , just checked again and all my store bought mounts, Winged Guardian, Swift Windsteed, Heart of the Aspects, Enchanted Fey Dragon, Celestial Steed, and the Armored Bloodwing are all present and accounted for.

I logged in today and at first I was missing my Iron Skyreaver and Tyrael's Charger. The Skyreaver reappeared when I relogged to another character but my angelpony is still missing. All my other store and RaF mounts and minipets are accounted for.

All my minipets are there too. Nothing whatsoever is missing for me.

ok, so it seems to be different, maybe based on servers?

I have four accounts on the same server, and all my store-bought items are missing from all the accounts, whether mounts or pets.

I logged to multiple servers and all my Blizzard store pets are missing: except the two in-game pets that came with the plushies (windrider cub, gryphon hatchling.. sorry if I got the names wrong, but we know which ones I mean)

When I go into the pet tab (shift+P) and select show only Blizzard Store mounts, I see the list of all the pets I've gotten, however, they are (with the two above-mentioned exceptions) all greyed out. I cannot drag them into a team, I cannot summon them, I cannot do anything with them.

I have something different:
I logg in and get the message "you have unlearned Swift Windsteed" "You have unlearned Iron Skyreaver"
At first I was shocked, thinking I could only use the two mounts on the toon I learned them on (the two are the two I purchased last). A relogg seems to fix it. At least for one toon. On the next toon it's the same game again.
Tyrael's charger is missing entirely. I think an other mount is missing too (edit: all other store mounts appear, as well as my zhevra), but I can't find which one.

I am still missing my battle pets. Some were lvl 25 so I'm worried, but they still show up in my journal the appropriate level. I haven't checked the mounts yet. Thankfully the tcg ones or there and fine.
