What are some of the must have or go-to pets from the more recent expansions? Legion, BFA, Shadowlands? Pre DF I'm mainly catching up on pet battle ach's and I'm about to spend a chunk of time collecting then lvl'ing up new pets. Which ones should I focus on? Thanks

Xu-Fu's has a handy little page that lists all of the most-used pets in strategies, so that might be a good place to start!
