The Shadowclaw news is excellent
Going to re-tame Shadowclaw now, he used to be by my side as I leveled till I hit 60, I miss that guy

Hrm....is Slaverjaw, the rare red hyena in Tanaris, no longer there? I planned to camp him first thing Silinrul does to get my Jia back, and I will start bawling if I can't do all the new content with my oldest and bestest buddy and have to wait until the higher levels to retame himVephriel wrote:The red hyenas were one of the first changed discoveries found early in the beta. Scarlet Monastery now employs mastiffs as their tracking hounds, and as far as we know they share the same ID number. So....all of our red hyenas might become mastiffs in live until we can tame the higher level ones.

*sigh* Damnit Blizz... Why, WHY!? I love my Rak... Can't you implement a dif. ID so people with their current Aqua Tigers keep them that way?!

Okay...I'm getting me a Shadowclaw as soon as this goes live. I've got the matching mount, so it works out.
Also, this (Duskstalker on Horde) was a bit of a pain to pull off, as it appears there is no longer a boat to Teldrassil from Darkshore upon which to stow away.

For any low level hunter after Duskstalker, they should go get their pet now. By the looks of it, it's going to be impossible for low level hordies without a flying mount to get the cat as things stand (unless you get a warlock to summon you to the tree. Or someone to fly you there on a passenger mount).

How I did it on a lvl ten horde hunter to sneak up and get me an owl was to go to the closest point in Darkshore then pop a swim speed potion once I started taking damage from the fatigue... I ended up close enough that I was able to spirit res outside of Dolanaar and run and get my birdie. Or you can just spirit res when you get killed by the first sentinel in the lower side of teldrassil xD

And, when they announced cataclysm to be the next expansion, I honestly thought we'd be getting proper boats/ships. =/ And not just something to sail in one small area. I love the new seahorse mounts, but a boat would've been flippin fantastic.

Will these cool feline skins go live when The Shattering hits us? Or will come require Cataclysm?
Horde will be getting a small cute boat for Thousand Needles only, not sure if you can keep it beyond questing or not, or if Alliance can get it or not (one can only hope).erwil wrote:Thank you! <3Gimlion wrote:There really isn't a boat anymore? According to the comments on the video, the boat seems to be for keeps.Lycanthrope wrote:Will these cool feline skins go live when The Shattering hits us? Or will come require Cataclysm?
