Fainting Direhorns?

Unread post by Valinai »

Anyone else seeing this happening? My pet is *not* dead and it slumps over, like it is fainting, then pops back up and continues fighting. I can't remember if it's happening on Portent or my Devilsaur right now but wanted to see if anyone else has seen this...

It's autocasting cower. :) All your pets do this. :D

Yeah, Cower comes with a little 'Feign Death' animation which is pretty neat, the pet will autocast when it gets to around 50% health I believe.

Aaah. I guess on the Direhorn it's much, much more noticeable...

This is what happens when I take like 1.5 years off the game and come back... ;)

Dire Horns have a VERY dramatic death animation! Also good candidates for easy-to-spot cowers: sporewalkers and devilsaurs.

Unless you turn Cower off which is the first thing I do with any pet. :D

All your pets do this when you first tame them. ;) Which is what I meant, though I wasn't clear. :D
