RAP threshold for Rank 9 Growl & level 80 Pet?

Hi all,
Basically I'm looking for further info covered in this article here on Growl & threat:

The data in this article covers up to level 70 pets and rank 8 Growl, but it doesn't look like it's been updated for the release of WotLK.
Does anyone know if the formulae still hold true in WotLK, and if so what the RAP threshold is for rank 9 growl with level 80 pets?
