How does this happen?

Ok I was walking around in the Hunter Order Hall. Then I notice some orc had this Bear on fire!?! Atleast his feet are. I asked him how did he do this? He told me that a mob from a world quest in Suramar city with over 30k hp cast a spell on it or something. He said its been like that for a week. That's all the info that I got from him. I need you guys help to figure out what mob is.

I'm not sure what world quest it may have been, but I saw a crab (possibly Karkin, possibly a Moonshell Crawler, was hard to tell under all the smoking horribleness) with the same effect today. The smoke plume coming off the thing was real annoying because it's so opaque (and large!) but the fire trail was pretty cool, lol.

VERY cool but please be VERY cautious when trying to duplicate this one. If this is a tamed bear with a damage buff or anything but an appearance it's an exploit and is a bannable offense.

Sorry to be the kill joy but I don't want anyone on here getting in trouble.

Hopefully it's a replicateable (<--- is this even a word? ) appearance buff.

Oh I forgot to mention that when I clicked on the bear, it didn't show any buff or debuff. So it has the flaming boar treatment.
