It's possible to use a mixture of Warlock Summoning and Recruit a friend summoning to reach the Druid Emerald Dreamway and the instanced, Shaman only Firelands to tame these guys!

TLDR is basically:
Druid/Shaman summon a new recruit a friend lvl 42 Warlock (42 is when they get the summoning stone) and someone else. The Recruit a friend account needs to have Legion access.
Lock makes a summoning stone, stone is then able to be used to summon whomever.

I've known about this for a little while, but I wasn't sure when to post it due to fear of it getting hotfixed (especially after how quickly the Baby Direhorn got hotfixed after I discovered the taming method). I still have a Warlock in both zones, so I may be able to summon some of you US Alliance guys later when my friends get online to help.

That is so creative o_o Though, if that method works, I think it means people could maybe tame those green deer in the dreamway that aren't available anywhere else.

I would really love to get my hands on that puppy though. Even if it did get hotfixed, I'd enjoy it for the day like my Garwal Worgen lol

I can see this getting hotfixed very, very quickly, and quite possibly a removal of pets. Though people can do what they want, I recommend not repeating this method. If only to prevent getting attached to something that may be taken away.

The Deer can't be tamed, sadly. The Bears and the Mother Wolf can be though, but they don't have anything exclusive about them.

The Puppy is amazing. Like the Puppy mini pets, he makes doggy noises when you click on him.

Oh man, I'd love to get both of those. Any way we could possibly set up a group for this? Get as many folks these two wonderfully wacky things before they get fixed?

Of course. If anyone (US Alliance) wants my Battletag, send me a PM. We have to wait for my friends to get online though, as they have characters in the halls to help summon. :O

I have to hand it to you that's very creative! . I suspect they won't want them to be tameable quite that way, more they probably won't want other classes getting into class-restricted areas, but I guess we wait and see. Just treat it with caution for now.

I really love that fire scorpion though. Maybe they could add it as a rare to the raid or molten front.
