Believe this is just a concurrence of similar designs, but if you believe they had used your ideas then I would sue for copyright infringement.

what?
People suggest ideas to Blizzard all the time, not a ground for copyright infringement at all.

Yeah, they're just similar designs. I don't think Blizz saw Pop's drawings and copied them. Even if they did, I don't think Pop could sue.

Very minimal similarity if any. Where were these drawings submitted to? I doubt any developer saw them.

Aw come on guys dont burst his/her bubble! they are similar enough that the idea may have found it's way to the DEVs. either way It looks to me like Pop is just happy to see them.
