Catlike Reflexes Missing (Cat pet Dodge)

The tooltip says it should be available at level 8, but my new little hunter is at 17 and it's still not showing up on her cat. Anyone else know when/if it shows up?

I have a max level (120) hunter and his cat pet has the ability as it should.

I feel like the pet abilities show up after...level 20 maybe? Boy it's been a while I can' t quite remember, but I know a lot of the abilities don't show up in early levels (not sure why the tooltips say so)

Thanks! I'll be patient and see if they show up at 20.

ETA: Yep. Level 20 was it.

There must be an error in the tooltip in the WoW database, which has carried over to Wowhead.
