Missing Exotic Skills

So let me get this straight: they not only have made it so we need to be level 90 to tame Exotic Beasts, but they have removed the exotic skills from some of them?
Because I can't help but notice a severe lack of 'Blood Of The Rhino'... or *any* exotic ability... on my clefthoof. Same with Aquiri, Pterrordax, and Shale Beasts.

I believe if you hit lvl 58 exotic pet-abilitys are back on the menu

Except I have exotic pet abilities on all my *other* exotic pets. Or are you saying that the other pets have abilities earlier than that bunch?

Non-exotic skills aren't showing up at uniform levels either. I have a level 19 hunter. Its wolf has its snare, but its bird of prey doesn't.

The list of pet abilities is here:

You can mouse over them and see them Wowhead tooltips. All of those non-exotic skills are flagged as "level 14", so it's extra weird they're only becoming available at seemingly random levels.

I came here to post about this, glad im not the only one that has noticed. Do we have anybody on beta that can confirm that the abilities are on the pets of a lvl 60 player?

I tamed a clefthoof at 60. I'm not sure if it had Blood of the Rhino right after I tamed (I thought I checked, but am tired, so maybe I skimmed over it). I definitely had it after I hearthed and went through loading screens.

Just made a 60 and tamed a Pterrodax. It tamed with the Updraft ability. My copied character is currently lvl 58, her Pterrodax is missing Updraft. A freshly tamed Pterrodax did not have the Updraft ability either.
EDIT: Should have checked before but the lvl 58 character's feathermane has it's Updraft ability. On live, my 50 hunter's Pterrodax is missing it's ability but her feathermane has it.
