So I've been trying to catch up on BFA content before starting Shadowlands proper, and I recently noticed something about the mechanical spiders in Mechagon that the Petopia website doesn't list as of writing this.

Most - if not all - of the smaller spiders on the island use a different, lower-poly model with fewer details, simpler particle effects and a lack of lighting around the optics. I assume that this is the same model used for mechanical spider minipets. In particular, Motospiders and Leaping Bugbots seem to use this model.

For comparison, I tamed a regular Motospider (left), as well as the rare spawn, Mecharantula (right):

Now I just noticed by looking at the comparison, the eyes on the left don’t glow, and the pipes and legs have lower rez less pronounced parts, good job for the find
