10.1 planned tames
didn't want to clutter up the main 10.1 thread with this, so here's a place to list all our anticipated tames!

Re: 10.1 planned tames
Edit: changed my mind on a couple after seeing in-game screenshots!
Edit2: two of my picks weren't tameable, so switched to ones that were

Re: 10.1 planned tames
I don't have planned tames because regardless of how they look and how much I love how they look, I wouldn't enjoy using them while doing certain contents if the pet couldn't give me the Ferocity 15% leech passive buff and access to haste cooldown.

I might try out a pink snail, but I tend to stick with kitty cats, lol.

Re: 10.1 planned tames
Super limited for me. The patch didn't add a sizeable amount in my eyes, but there's still things I like. Only really two, at least as far as tameables go. Not everything seems implemented. These two are the only ones so far that I'm drawn to;
I want these as well, but they haven't appeared ingame yet as tameables;
The blue ray/sporebat is only on an untameable 72 rare elite, and the green cobra isn't anywhere (that I've seen). The moths, while nice, are not that appealing to me in the long term, and I doubt we'll be blessed with actual mice in the rodent family, so I'm not even gonna list that. I like the non-crystal snails, but none of them really stand out enough for me to want them.

I kind of like the ray. It reminds me of something one'd see on old school Johnny Quest cartoons.WerebearGuy wrote: ↑Tue Mar 14, 2023 12:34 am

That reminds me, there were some weird as hell monsters in those cartoons. Perhaps you're thinking of one of these?

Cause the first thing that came to mind when you mentioned that was the Guardian.

Re: 10.1 planned tames
This snail look gives me gardening vibes, shell looks like terra cotta. Hopefully it's available. Then Moth with Mothman colors and closest I can get to a tameable rat.

Re: 10.1 planned tames
Pink Moth and Pink Mouse, if the Mice end up tameable.
Shame they're both cunning though.

Could be! It's been decades since I've seen the cartoons, but when I saw that ray, it just made me think of Johnny Quest. I wouldn't be surprised if it was because of one of those two or some other creature on the show.WerebearGuy wrote: ↑Tue Mar 14, 2023 1:48 pm

This, but pink, if available.
And this.
Just pretend my Void Elf is there. >_> I switched Vulpera cause it was free on the PTR lol.

Re: 10.1 planned tames
yes, I switched my blue mouse for a grey one once I saw in-game screenshots! and the moths look so big with a vulpera--how do they compare size-wise with the original moths?
