Simple answer--No I would not tame either a talbuk or a zhevra. They're mounts, not damage dealing beasts.

Well, you have to remember that Cats and Worgs are also mounts, but double as pets. So, they could easily be Damage Dealing beasts. I mean, when you fight a Talbuk or Zhevra you do take some sort of damage, so I'd say its viable.
