Re: Seagulls?
In the water you'll see bunches of turtle corpses, usually the Seagulls fly low over these, so just keep an eye out and look for any that swoop down.

Re: Seagulls?
Or if you feel REALLY brave have someone port you to Tol Barad and get one there.
That's an adventure for sure.

@zedxrgal Um, I don't think you can tame those zedx. I think they're listed as critters :/zedxrgal wrote:Or if you feel REALLY brave have someone port you to Tol Barad and get one there.

@OP Thousand Needles you mean? XD I call it Thousand Lakes nowadays. On topic though, I very quickly shoot them with Distracting Shot then press escape and de-target them immediately so I don't kill them. If you're lucky, they'll fly down mad and they won't be dead XD
I am assuming you're 85 of course... if you're a lower level it won't be so hard to not kill them.

The TB ones are indeed beasts and tameable.Litlemouse wrote:@zedxrgal Um, I don't think you can tame those zedx. I think they're listed as critters :/zedxrgal wrote:Or if you feel REALLY brave have someone port you to Tol Barad and get one there.

I had one from 1k Needles for a while, but let him go eventually. As Horde, I just went on down to the outpost near the border with Feralas where proper Tauren are fighting Grimtotem. Some of the gulls fly in rather close to the cliff there and you can start a tame.

Re: Seagulls?
Like Veph said, look for dead turtles. Down at the end of what used to be the Shimmering Flats, there is a raft a dead turtles. The gulls come down low over it. There's also nice brown wasps nearby, in case you want one.

Re: Seagulls?
You could also go up one of the ''needles'', some pass near those.
Re: Seagulls?
Thanks, guys, I got him right by the turtles. Good tip!
And that same day I tried my very first battleground with him. I think he's such a great choice for PvP...no one seems to notice the little guy, and it's so funny to see some big, tough, disarmed rogue or warrior running away from a seagull.

A guy on my server has a seagull called ''Mine''.Xakaal wrote:whenever i hear killer seagulls, i cant stop thinking of the seagulls from Finding Nemo.
The seagull on my 19 twink is called StevenSeagul <.<
Re: Seagulls?
I named mine "Mine" as well because of Finding Nemo. So fitting, lol. I think I need to take him into a battleground. I haven't tried it yet, but I do think they would go a little unnoticed.Shirubia wrote:A guy on my server has a seagull called ''Mine''.Xakaal wrote:whenever i hear killer seagulls, i cant stop thinking of the seagulls from Finding Nemo.

Re: Seagulls?
I'm confused, Why wouldn't one just take the portal in SW ?zedxrgal wrote:Or if you feel REALLY brave have someone port you to Tol Barad and get one there.

I believe if you can believe out of nothing an explosion (big bang) happened then how far fetched can god be?

For low level characters. The portal only works if you're 85. Also, if you're brought by a warlock you can have them summon you right to the docks where they could clear it of aggressive mobs instead of fighting and dying your way there.AdamSavage wrote:I'm confused, Why wouldn't one just take the portal in SW ?zedxrgal wrote:Or if you feel REALLY brave have someone port you to Tol Barad and get one there.

It lets you lock summon? It won't let anyone under 85 click my mage portals there.Vephriel wrote:For low level characters. The portal only works if you're 85. Re: Seagulls?
Indeed, warlocks can summon to TB. All they have to do is grab a couple 85s from there and summon in the low level friend.Chrizesu wrote:It lets you lock summon? It won't let anyone under 85 click my mage portals there.
