is the raid version of ZA going away for sure?

or is it going to stay along side the heroic, much like the deadmines? i am only asking so that i can hurry and get those last few levels on my 50s hunter so that she can get a bananahawk ahead of time! <3
(and maybe a mojo wouldn't hurt either lol)

Nope, the instance portal goes directly into the 85 heroic. The raid will no longer exist. Better level up now, lest to you have to wait for 85!

No one seems to know yet. It's hard to say, since the raid content was pushed into 4.2 instead.

Don't mean to Hijack this but it is related to Zul'aman and Zul'gurub. Boubouille posted an updated loot table and each piece of gear should have a screen shot. They have a bow that looks like a snake.
