who knows? i think blizz will add these in to give the dog family some popularity, i think they will become tameable... eventually like when were all level 120, boa's will give 20% bonus exp per piece and then every animal in the game, including these dogs, will be tameable... OOOoOoOoo.. i wish lol

Blizz often puts things in the files without implementing it. Once it's finished, they can basically leave it there until they're ready to "flip the switch" on it. Sometimes things have even been datamined that end up never making it into the game.

They've said that they won't be ready to put in the Firelands until 4.2 (booo ) so yeah, I wouldn't expect these until then. I doubt they'll be tameable though, but I've been surprised before.

Yeah I agree it's pretty much anyone's guess; since they are (as a species) on par with spirit beasts in re: epic lewtness, mine would be that they won't be tamable... except for a named rare.

As stated before, these will probably be in 4.2 however... I doubt that they will be tamable when released. I know I'm gonna spark a huge debate, but Blizzard isn't really keen on letting Hunters tame skeletal things. Yes, I know "undead birds in WPL", but those still have some dead flesh hanging to them, as do most of our 'undead' looking pets; they still have flesh. The only real 'skeletal' creature we can tame are the bone spiders...

Either way, I'm not gonna hold my breathe for these to be tamable. IF they are tamable, I will totally be happy, cause they rock! I'm just not gonna get my hopes up.
