can the ruins be right clicked to activate? maybe solix and you have to be on the run to activate it

try trap to see if it mite by some flunk been the trop to the ruin, no go, add a pic above showing the tooltip of the ruins buff, on page 1,

if tryed traps to triger the ruin, of tryed right and left click the buff to try triger it, maybe it like dayly quest needed trick. like how jadefang need the dayly to get up to it >< arg trying to figger out some way to tame it

Oh wait... maybe you have to take X amount of damage inside the rune when you take enough the rune explodes and then you can tame him?

Actually wait. I'm guessing it's his melee that's killing you as opposed to fire damage, which is why you're triggering the runes, right?

he deals 20k a hit and crit 50k in a matter for 5-6 sec's i do be dead lol, dam blizz and this new rare tames, well thay did warn thay be hard

Or if you kite him over the rune, (while he is effected via a snake trap) (active snakes are classified targets/mobs when active) with snakes on him, this might activate the rune? (again... clutching at straws)

I can say that this guy is one of two ultra-rare spiders This is definitely the missing orange skin.

i tryed kite him over with with snake,ice,exp on there own and all togeater, dident work lol

okay try damaging him.... you say there are serveral runes? disengage from one to another... just damage him dont kill him and se if it effect him at all

Maybe the runes have something that can ''slow'' him when he walks over them?

Ohh, that's a great idea, Cerele! Pop a rune on him, disengage to the next rune, rinse and repeat until he's slowed down his attacks enough to be tamed.

wish i chud dmg it, but i even tryed with my red fire spider, die way way to fast with it massive attack speed boost, it is the orange spider do, it leg are WAY brrighter them my reds one, ill try Shirubies idea do, worth a go to see if it mite work

This is so exciting to read. Im constantly refreshing trying to find out whats next!

As for ideas:
-kite him over runes to explode?
-try taming while he is on a rune?
-concussive shot? doubt it though.
-disengaging away once hes on it? never know.
-maybe something to do with camouflage?

Also, how do you know the runes do something? If they have a tooltip, can we get a picture or something? Or perhaps a picture of the area with all the runes?

I would say that you trip the rune and run to the next one. The debuff says that it stuns the enemies, so you might have enough time to run to the rune and pull off a tame beast. At the least you should be able to start one and he'd have to come running to catch up to you.

That's how I'd design it, at least.
