So, regular downtime isn't so bad. Not generally as long, no new stuff to try and jump the gun, but I HATE waiting for the servers to come back up on patch day. There's usually at least one hour delay, if not several... And I REALLY wanna check out the new Thrall quest line and hyjal stuff (MUST HAS PRETTY PHOENIX HIPPOGRYPH!!). And.. I'm sadly one of those people where when I'm waiting for something which does not have a definite time.. be it servers to come back up, or a friend to come over... I can't get ANYTHING done.

So, in order to hopefully combat that... Today I'm going grocery shopping! I always go on tuesdays anyways, as they give discounts to students on tuesdays... And I plan to buy about 4 cases of pop (I'm broke.. but it's a wicked good sale, and if I hide it in a closet it'll last me for at least the rest of the year), so I managed to bribe my sister with strawberries and potatoes to make chips to come help bring it back to my place. Will probably try and convince her to stay for the day, maybe play some wii, or xbox kinect... Or watch a movie

So what are your plans to keep occupied and patient while we wait through downtime extensions for the servers to come back up?

At the moment, art and Lady Gaga. :P

It'll take a while to get the hippogryph at any rate, so I'm not really in a rush to get to the zone - I think I'm going to wait for the zone to cool down(haha) since it doesn't drop from a rare/isn't 'limited edition'...I'm not really after any of the new pets either.

Haha, yeah, I know it'll take a while and all that. And it might be crazy busy... But I like exploring new stuff. I get all antsy and excited, heh. Can't help it

So far the plan is, watch a movie then possibly go to blockbuster to stare at the movies and what not.

Then be prepared for 4.2 of hectiness, lag, lag.. server restarts, more lag. A ton of people crammed into one area, lag..

Needless to say I am pretty excited!

On my server it will be lag lag lag hunter trying to tame ban gets ganked cause he doesn't know the tree method... lag lag lag.... lag.... more lag...

Ah indeed, well I got my parachute cloak ready just incase I suck at that tree. I practiced alot still I dont think it'll matter when your heart is going a 1000 miles a mile and trying to prop yourself onto that one little tree. But, I think I am somewhat.. fairly confident that if I dont get screwed over by other hunters/players I should be fine ^.^

I prefer the tree strat just cause well.. ignorant players are meaner then the moonfire.

This is true... that's why I have my hunter parked on that tree since yesterday, and I'm not moving till ban spawns and I tame him...

it's now 10:50 AM, and the patch just hit for me.

I don't think servers are up yet.

Servers not up, but you can start downloading/installing the patch.
