I always loved the look of black ice
Just got one myself, and as of now I plan on using the Black Dragonscale Set

It may not be glowly blue, but it's pretty sharp
If you find anything in nice shades of blue that not's too... clunky, llet me know

Well if you want to do the work for it I think the PVP ruthless gear would go nice with that. It's what I use on my hunter for RP...and well PVP!

We Hunters don't have many tier sets to work with that would match. Maybe you could try parts of the Shackled Souls set? LWers can buy the patterns from Ashtongue Deathsworn rep vendors.
