Yeah. Keybinding never really made much sense for me as I play way too many classes to remember just by numbers*... and since I updated my unitframes to put my hp/energy bars near the spells, I don't think it would make much of a difference in performance now either, tbh - my rotations are pretty tight.**

*Although I do still use keybinding for my healers, since I prefer to keep party frames high up.

**Also I don't do PVP - that is one other area where I suspect I might find myself wanting keybinding (and a HUD)

I was talking about spellcasting not targeting - I generally use macros for targeting.

EDIT: so for example on a DPS class I'll do something like

/tar [noharm][dead] focustarget
/tar [noharm][dead] pettarget
/stopmacro [noharm][dead]
/use Arcane Shot

OR

#showtooltip
/tar [noharm][dead] focustarget
/tar [noharm][dead] pettarget
/targetenemy [noharm][dead]
/stopmacro [noharm][dead]
/use Multi-Shot

The 2nd one has to be used carefully though as /targetenemy will go after all sorts of things you don't want to hit, if given the chance.

For heals, I actually use keybound @mouseover macros that let me keep enemies targeted for things like judgment +haste and so forth, while I play whack-a-mole with hover-heals:

Not expert level stuff but it works well enough for me.

Ahhh haha, I just use the default ctrl or alt + #s...my BF clicks. And hes pretty damn good in pvp. Bastard.
