downloading the ptr troubles

I was having trouble with this last night. First it got stuck in an endless loop of trying to install the patcher then it went to a 10 gig download. Is that correct? I don't remember ptr's being that huge in the past.

i had a problem too.
it was school day, so i just downloaded it at night and in the morning went to see it, only to check my characters and stuff, checked it...

Downloaded it. *Fine *
Logged in to see my characters. *Ooo cool *
Closed it. *Damn, gotta go to school*
Opened it again. *:)*
The download restarted. *O.O WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTT?!?!?!? D:*
