So apparently people are groaning over the fact that Steady Shot and Cobra Shot are back up to a 2.0 casting speed in 4.3.

...Wait, this is new? >_>

As far as I can tell, the CURRENT UNBUFFED CASTING SPEED ON LIVE SERVERS is and HAS been, in fact, 2.0 as far as I can tell. Which was sort of the reason I made a post a while back asking what I could do to speed my Cobra Shot casting time and focus regen. It was roughly 1.8 casting speed with some minor passive haste buffs.

So, what's the big problem here? People are seemingly complaining about a "new" 2.0 casting speed that's already been around a while on live servers. I R confizzled. o_O

It's a tooltip change and has been only a tooltip change for quite some time.

People are derpy. There was no nerf. The tooltip just displayed wrong, as Kalli said.

Maybe we should give them hooked on phonics, teach em to read.
