Hey, so can we from now on not invite total strangers? Maybe question them a little first?
We've got a jerk in Petopia Alliance and he can't be kicked by anyone. =/

Ugh, I've been meaning to say something about that. If someone addresses you as "hunter," chances are, they're not from the forums. Why invite them? >_<

I also shift click people before I invite, and if its not a hunter I question them. Do they have a hunter? Why do they want int he guild? etc.

Hey, Guys, I've been borrowing my BF's Beta account (since he doesn't play it, and I couldn't get it on my account), but, can I ask what sever the Petopia Guild is on?? I've been playing on Lost isles.

Both guilds are on Lost Isles. One of each faction.

Cuase I'm hunting Savage, but I'm not finding any of his tracks (plus, I do like a little help when I'm hunting rares..every time I've gotten a rare, I've had help. it brings me a little luck to my normally very unlucky rare hunting.)

I was taming the new pets yesterday and saw many from the guild on Lost Isles (horde). Would really like to ditch my boring guild and be with people of my own kind. hehe (No one is even excited when after 2 hours of tracking I got Patrannache!) Was so excited to see ppl from Petopia. =) Next one I see I'll send a whisper to.

So, with all the discussion about beta guilds, are there any PTR-players? Or are you all hiding out on Beta only? ... can't say I blame you, but unfortunately I never got invited, so I have to make do.

Unfortunately, we can't double up on the PTR. So it's up to the non-beta players!

Anybody on in Petopia on Lost isles (horde side) right now? (I've done the /who petopia thing, but it came up with three names, and I don't recognize them))

I can't speak for hordeside, but alliance side has a bunch of people who have no connection to the forums. It would be cool if they were forumites' (or forum lurkers') friends/guildies, but it seems like anyone who asks is getting invited without being screened. That's not what our guild is for.

Anyway, TLDR, that may be why you don't recognize the names.

Well, I play a Tuaren hunter, and my name is nearly the same, it's just missing a T in the Kittens (so it looks like Kitens)

I'd like to see Beta from the Alliance side before access is closed. If I copy my alt hunter to Lost Isles can I just pst anyone for an invite?

I copied her over and Mia invited me! Her's was the only name I recognized so I pst'd her lol.

This is not true but everyone believes that because of Blizzard's wording. You can and I do play on both the Beta servers and the PTR. The wording used by Blizzard is that you can't use the account that plays Beta to access to PTR. What they left out is that everyone has access to a PTR account that can indeed access that PTR servers. You just have to use that account. When you start the launch if both accounts are on your BNet you should have a drop down menu to select the account to play on.

Personally I make a separate folder (need enough drive space) so that mods and such are kept separate for testing.

SO I have 3 folders to play WoW. Main the Beta folder and the PTR folder.

I've been seeing this around quite a bit and never understood it.

I play the beta and the PTR on the same account. One is linked to my WoW1 and one to my WoW2, I just switch between them at log in. It's not something I did manually, it just sort of turned out that way. Beta players may be missing out, just a heads up.

Also, I'll be on Lost Isles Alliance tonight looking around for an invite. (Beta)

I would be happy to be wrong; I originally had heard that on the official forums, so we all know how accurate those can be. >_>

I'm in the alliance side petopia guild for lost isles, but if you are looking for savage let me know if you are on and currently looking - I'll be on Naseeth if I'm on. I've been practicing hunting him on the beta to try and make it easier to catch him on live, and I've found him four times now, and I'm more than happy to help another hunter get him tamed on beta or live.
