Not sure how I feel about this, especially on short characters like dwarves and goblins.....I'm thinking massive, annoying clipping, worse than with staves and polearms.
bows look like they are still a bit off and not centered.
also crossbows seems to chrink about 50-60% when on your back and its very annoying as their orientation makes it hard to clip through your back.
Oh right! I noticed this yesterday and...forgot to say anything about it except for flailing for a minute in guild chat. I admit I was too excited about actually seeing my Ancient Bone Bow-'mogged weapon to notice clipping, though.
Also, male blood/high elves are weird right now. I'm not sure what the Argent Tournament flightmaster was doing last night, but I was almost afraid to click on him.

They'll probably fine-tune it yet. But even if they don't, I think they look pretty awesome as they are. You'd have to spend a lot of time just gazing at your character's backside for minor flaws to be noticeable. And nobody does that, do they?
Having our ranged weapons display now definitely looks awesome (was going to say bad-ass!) Never been one to be bothered by clipping, just found it amusing in this particular case. I think I'll be running around without a cloak displayed and no tabard except when necessary
I really love the look of this! Definitely gives us a proper hunter feel. The bows look good to me, I don't think they're supposed to be perfectly centered, the angle looks like a more natural resting position.
