As discussed, here's a thread where we can keep track of any new MoP sets that are coming out and might be missing pieces in particular colours.

If they're not in the game, maybe we can report them and get them fixed in time. Or maybe you've missed them and somebody else can tell you where to get them.

All sets are important, not just fancy raid ones. Report whatever you like

Please try to be as clear as possible so we can track them down. Maybe provide Wowhead links to the existing gear if you can.

I've checked Wowhead for the sets relevant to Hunters. Of course their data may be out of date, and some of the sets may not even make it into the game (a few last time didn't), but hopefully it'll give us an idea. So far it's looking like everything will be available. This is what I've found so far (still have to check raid sets):

Panda B1 Mail - nothing seems to be missing
Four colours in the database. All available as eight-piece sets. Two colours also have kilt options.

• Green: Earthmover (pants option) & Earthmover (kilt option) (both quest rewards), Osul Peak (pants option) & Osul Peak (kilt option) (both quest rewards), Stormscale (some or all are LW crafted), Wind-Reaver (quest rewards) and Withered Wood (pants using kilt artwork, probably meant to be kilt) (quest rewards) sets
• Brown (officially "Gold"): Mountain, Mountainscaler Chain, Mountainscaler Ringmail, Willow and Yak sets (unsure of source for any)
• Purple (officially "Black"): Dreaming Spirit (kilt) and Yak Herder (leggings) sets (both quest rewards)
• White: Wasteland Chain and Wasteland Ringmail sets (unsure of source for either)

Panda B2 Mail - nothing seems to be missing
Three colours in the database, all available as complete eight-piece sets.

• Blue: Fox Grove and Jade Witch sets (both quest rewards)
• Red: Deepwild, Huangtze Scale, Sarjun and Wild Plains sets - all quest rewards
• Purple: Faded Forest Chain, Faded Forest Ringmail, Saurok, Snake and Steppe sets (unsure of source for any)

Dungeon C6 Mail - nothing seems to be missing
Three colours in the database, all seem to be available as eight-piece sets

• Red (officially "Black"): Scarshell and Stormbrew sets (unsure of source for either)
• Gold: Contender's Dragonscale Set (crafted by LW) and Many non-set pieces (appear to be dungeon drops)
• Jade: Contender's Scale Set (crafted by leatherworking) and Many non-set pieces (appear to be dungeon drops)

PvP Hunter E1 Mail - bracers missing from one colour (probably just not listed yet), but that's all
Three colours in the database. Wrists are currently unlisted for Red (the elite set) but that this seems to be a Wowhead omission. The rest are available as eight-piece sets

• Yellow: Dreadful Gladiator's Chain set (ilvl 464 Hunter PvP set)
• Dark teal (officially "Black"): Malevolent Gladiator's Chain set (ilvl 483 Hunter PvP set)
• Red: Malevolent Gladiator's Chain set (ilvl 483 Elite Hunter PvP set) - wrists currently unlisted but this seems to be just a Wowhead bug

Reputation C1 Mail - only 2/4 colours available
Four colours in the database. Only two colours available as sets (complete, eight-piece). Pants in one more colour. Nothing in the fourth
And yes, the boots are from the same artwork set, they just look like they don't belong. A shame for such a beautiful design.

• Blue: miscellaneous pieces (seems to be a mix of reputation rewards and raid drops)
• Brown: miscellaneous pieces (seems to be a mix of reputation rewards and raid drops)
• Red: None
• Yellow: just Gokan's Golden Trousers

Two sets came instantly to mind for me because I lament the lack of boots for both.

Gladiator's Pursuit

The matching boots used to be in game, but are not available any longer. Ditto for belt, which is not around any more.

EDIT: Herpa derp, ignore these, old era sets. xD

Not so much missing, but bugged. The Ulduar paladin legs have bugged textures for holy and prot, while the retri ones have much higher resolution, I wish they'd fix this because it's doing my head in on my paladin. :p

As mentioned before, the tier 8 hunter set from ulduar, Conqueror's Scourgestalker Battlegear has no matching boots. Also sets from Sunwell like this set are missing pieces such as matching boots.

Boots of Persistence (http://www.wowhead.com/item=39189/boots-of-persistence) have always looked good with my friend's Conqueror's Scourgestalker Battlegear.

Although it wasn't mentioned, the black Gronnstalker boots don't match well at all with their set, so I use the Eruption-Scarred Boots which are a red recolor of the boots linked above. (http://www.wowhead.com/item=40237)

Soul Screaming Boots seem to be one of the better matches I've found for the 25 man tier 8 hunter set.

Ok, as a reference I've added a bunch of different MoP mail sets to the top, grouped by artwork code. Most seem to be available in all colours. The "Reputation" set is only available in two of four colours, though. At least if Wowhead is correct. Maybe there's more pieces to be added yet.

The dungeon C6 mail looks rather cool, there are also guns that go with that have colored balls on them, I got a yellow one from one of the level 85 dugeons.

I have no idea what you're talking about Boots of the Unsettled Prey / Tempered Mercury Greaves match just fine.
