Interesting new interface feature

So I was chilling around with Patrannache in Valley, and I noticed a monk questing in the area with the muddy water quest. Remember you get a little flash image on your screen that lets you know how close you are to completion.

I saw his flask on my screen when I targeted him. I was not partied, just near by and they were Horde.

Wonder if this applies to other similar quests?

Great catch :3 That's interesting, I'm glad that they keep pushing forward and developing these kinds of things. It really helps the game grow and evolve and become better. It'll be interesting to scope out what the other characters are up to around me with that feature.

To me it just lets the hordie know how long I'll have to be there to finish the quest, and thus how long they have to annoy the piss out of me.
