It depends on the size most of the time. Like shrimps are smaller.

Day 22 of Mermay is the Sandager's wrasse! A classic kiwi fish. Like most wrasses they start as females and the dominant female will turn into the male when the male dies.

I admire how you decided to make one per day and you kept to it! <3 They are all funny and interesting, and it's great to see diverse sort of fish-mermaids!

Thanks! I think I am able to do one a day because I mix my love of fish into it.

Day 23 of Mermay is the Tarakihi! They are also called Jackass morwong but that seems a bit mean? They are most likely my fave fish to eat also.

Day 24 of Mermay is the Pacific red gurnard! I really enjoyed doing this one. They also taste rather yum XD

Day 26 of Mermay is the Mahi-mahi! Also called the Common Dolphinfish or Dorado. The males have very large foreheads. Mahi-mahi are among the fastest-growing of fish because they only live up to 5 years!

Day 27 of Mermay is the West Indian Ocean coelacanth! There is a Indonesian coelacanth also and it's brown. I thought there was only one type!

Stunning fish... though one of her fins might be mistaken as a male genetalia - i really thought it was an aroused half female half male fish at first :lol: :geek:

So day 28 of Mermay is the Bull Shark! I did this one because there is a new game called Maneater and you play as a Bull shark and I want to play it because it looks fun!
