As for the thing labelled "Dalaran Tower", I wonder where it'll be used. It's certainly not the same architecture as the rest of Dalaran. Maybe it's what original Dalaran (before the Scourge) looked like. In which case it makes me wonder if it's CoT related.

BTW, I'd love that if every class got a chain similar to monk's, where you "learn how to play your class", and get daily XP boosts.
