Island Of Thunder Found

I was looking at the map and my wife noticed an island outside of Townlong Steppes. I could see it as I flew to it but as I approached it mist enveloped me and I could not see then I hit a wall. I died then corpse walked to it but then I died again from fatigue even though i was still dead.

That island has always been there, and enveloped in mists. I assumed it was the Isle of Thunder but if you still can't get to it by regular means and it's still surrounded by mists I wonder if it really is. Or if the active version is phased and you need to do quests first?

You could eagle eye into it and check it out on live (granted it was so misty, it wasnt like you could make heads or tails of much). Now, there is an actual zone map datamined.

The zone map for Isle of the Thunder King and the island NW of TLS are almost identical in shape. I think it safe to assume that is the Isle of Thunder King.
