pvp flag?

My pvp flag turns on, even on the PVE realm. Is this a glitch?

It's crossrealms on the PTR. All the servers are mushed together, so there's crossover.

Basically you cross realm with the pve and the pvp servers, since a pvp realm is in place, i guess it take over as the prime server and enables pvp
