Yes that's me as a Dino.
The Alliance and Horde both have separate vendors. Also when you use it its a random color each time. No emotes work except /rawr which makes him do a rawr emote :p

Vendor item on Dino Island.
Thought I share this since I haven't seen it posted anywhere, There are now more NPC's on the the Isle of Giants.. They sell an interesting item.

Nothing here but us Devilsaurs.
When I was running around earlier I saw a Horde with this on and his Dire Horn running along side of him. I couldn't resist trying it myself. I didn't get to see how well it worked for "lowering your aggro range" because I got hit with an AoE as I was running past a party killing the big Devilsaurs.

I pretty much ran into a pack of dino's and then didn't aggro.
