I always figured they were Mogu experiments..left overs from them trying to reverse the cures of flesh or vice versa trolls trying to impress their Mogu masters, found ways to stone form their dinos and a few got away? Perhaps we can find a hidden Mogu/Troll dino-shaping Site B under the Isle of Giants..?
