You're first sent a mail by Lorewalker Cho asking you to head to the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. Once there, he shares with you what he just discovered about the Alliance and gives you The King and the Council. Varian is facing some unforeseen difficulties in making a deal with the dwarves.
