So, I bought a piece of art for the first time and I think it's on a transparent background. It has no background on site, but a black one if I try to copy it. I'm sort of an idiot about this kind of thing. What do I do? Also, why do dragon images have black background if you try to copy them? Same thing? I don't have any program that does transparencies, so I don't even know where to start with that. It just kind of sucks since I can't do anything with the art

Try doing a same imag instead of copying. It will download to your computer than you can put it on a art storage site use that link to post with your dragons or whatever

Do you mean save image? Because I'm not real sure what same image is.

Teigan: An image with a transparency doesn't really need a special type of program. Most transparent images are saved as PNG files, which can be opened with any program and retain the transparent background. I would look at what type of file it is and possibly where the person who made it saved it to; could be something funky from their end. I would Right click -> Open image in new tab -> Right click image -> Save as/Save to computer and see if that helps the issue. Then like Syleye said you can, if it works right, dump the image into a site like imgur and use it. Hard to say what to do without seeing it.

Every once in a while I decide to actually grind coli, and am nearly always lucky enough to get some kind of apparel/vista/rare familiar (but sadly not many eggs :<) and I can never decide whether to keep or sell the items I find. I recently got one of the twilight rose set pieces to drop, and I'm just so indecisive. I'm weighing the pros and cons and like

On one hand:
- I don't care too much for the rose tangle sets
- Of the rose tangle colors, it's one of the ones I like least
- I don't currently have any dragons who would wear it, and my rate of picking up new dragons has been very slow.
- I might get it to drop again, since I seem to have coli luck.
- It sells for a lot!

On the other hand:
- I hoard apparel, because dressed dragons are fabulous.
- It is clearly a rare drop, and I might never see it again (I don't seem to have coli luck when I'm actively looking for something. See: That stupid cape from the Waterway.)
- It's worth a lot (if I ever decide I need it again and have to buy it)

What in the world do you guys do with this indecision

Here we go.. as you know from the show and sell thread I have had sooo many maybe scatters... and im done with wildclaws/coatls for now... so what I need help and advice with is this. These are the wildclaws/coatls who I am done with (for now) I need help to figure out who should go with who for desent color combos and which genes you would put on them. I would prefer the opal ones went with someone who had glimmer.. but let me know what you think and I can always regene if needed...I can easily switchs names and bio around so dont worry about that. if you want to include color ranges on the dragons you think should go together that work fine with me Its like a big puzzle

Mars with Diesel looks good. I need some time wowza so many

Hehe aye. .. silly many. .. I had Diesel & Bonnie as a maybe pair as Mars wings would give alot of pink... of Harvard and Bonnie...Mars kinda dont really fit with anyone. ..Super hard puzzle... which is why I need help

Hhhmmm!

Harvard/Abigail has a pretty solid secondary/tert range but an iffy primary one. Still promising!
Oblivion and Jupiter have a really strong range!
Gin and Mars are the best I can get- secondary is a lil funny, but otherwise a tight range.
Octane and Heqanakht have a fun range! If you got him Opal they'd have gorgeous babies.
Lumino and Haley aren't too bad! Might take some gene tweeks.

...my brain is breaking so I can't figure out any more yet. But those are my thoughts for now!

Thanks all for the help.. I think my Wildclaw/coatl puzzle is done now... Now its " Just" genes to figure out - and look forward to do the imp/nocturne puzzle ones my scatters there are done

I need help coming up with clan clore and a clan name.. I’m not sure what direction I’m really taking with my dragons! It’s just going to be a rather small clan, so I think any ideas would work.

Maybe make a list of things your clan may specialize in

1. where ( in your head) do they live
2. are they land bound or sea
3. do they like others or are the reclusive/hostile etc
4. do they value art knowledge martial prowess?
5. How big of importance are hatchlings
6. do your dragons pair off or are breedings for the good of the clan?

You mentioned you like Crystal dragons? So maybe the Crystal palace?

Thanks Syleye. And Tarn, I do, but few of my dragons actually have the Crystal gene, so I don't think it'd work out too well!

You are nature Flight so maybe have a theme called Tierra or Dìqiú (Earth in mandarin ) then you could have dragons themed as every kind of environment and animals
