Leica? My grandad loved photography and always said Leica were the best lenses! :)

Or you could go modern - Imax? Though that's more masculine maybe?

renaming a lot of my dragons so need names for these jobs, if you can find a pun name that´s just bonus. All these needs one male name and one female name:

Massage Therapist
Architect

Interior Designer
Curator
Geographer
Psychiatrist

To help here is some example of some of my other dragons who have jobs

Canvas & Brush (Painters)
Shears & Maybelline (Stylists)
Fable & Fiction (Story tellers)
Cloak & Dagger (Spys)

- for more ideas visit my lair :D

How about Deco and Nouveau for your architects, Feng and Shui for your interior designers, Urban and Rural for your geographers, and Myers and Briggs for your psychiatrists?

I wanted to suggest the name Rorschach for your male psychiatrist but had a hard time finding a suitable female counterpart … still looking though. There's also Pavlov (for Pavlov's dog) and Schrodinger (for Schrodinger's cat) which could work for this theme too.

I was able to find the term Analysand. It is defined as someone who is undergoing psychoanalysis. Would that work for your female?

For your massage therapists, how about Rest and Revival or Soothe and Pamper? For your curators, Smithsonian and Louvre?

Ok folks, now that WC scrolls have cycled back in, I'm REALLY torn. I've been saving up gems for an upcoming auction for a G1 cyan/pearl/pearl girl who would be the perfect mate to my G1 cyan/pearl/white boy. I've managed to save up 20kg in preparation, but the person I'm dealing with has honestly been a bit of a pain and keeps telling me they'll 'probably' auction her and only sell her for an outrageous AB. Personally, I think 20kg is an outrageous AB, but that's just me (the owner might not agree). Do I send this person one last AB offer via PM up to 20kg for their girl or do I blow all my gems on WC scrolls and complete most of my WC projects in my lair? I could always wait for another girl with similar colors to be born (or a cyan/cyan/x girl) and hopefully get someone nicer/more willing to sell. I just don't know. Help me decide. One beautiful G1 dragon or 10 WC scrolls?

Here's what the girl would look like when completed, she's a basic G1 right now:

20kg is outrageous. I would get the wildclaw scrolls. They can be sold later for profit. I doubt the gen one girl would resell for 20k so if it was my I would get the wc scrolls. Maybe offer her half and make it a clear that if they don't agree you be spending your gems elsewhere. Might work

I agree with Tarn- I think getting projects done will be a lot more satisfying in the long run, especially with how rarely WC scrolls are available. Frankly, it seems like that person is unwilling to sell or wants to rip you off.

As an FYI, double pearl G1s can go for a ton of gems, but being an XYY and not an XXY, I'd have to agree that 20kg did seem a bit excessive to me (thus my reluctance). As much as I hate to do so, I'll probably end up just waiting & hoping another similar girl gets hatched someday for cheaper or that the auction takes place and I win it for a much lower amount. Thanks everyone for the input. I really do appreciate it! ♥

Went with Tapestry & Textile for the Interior Designers. Still need more suggestions for the above. Ohh and added another job
Perfurmer (apparently that's the word for a person who makes perfume )

Suggestions for your Perfumers: Cologne and Perfume; Spritz and Aroma; Woodsy and Floral; or Fougere and Chypre.

How about Masseur and Masseuse for your massage therapists?
Colonial and Victorian or Mason and Carpenter for your architects?

I'm loving this btw! The whole occupation to name theme idea.
Do you need any more occupational ideas for your dragons like menagerie custodians for your familiars (aka: zookeepers), veterinarians, game masters (I see that you already have a dragon named Skyrim), fashionistas, chefs, librarians, bankers, interpreters/linguists, etc.? I'd be happy to suggest more names based on other concepts!

Uhh Cologne & Aroma I like. Those I take.

Uhh I dont mind more jobs. I can make a list of the jobs I have so far :D - Remember I cant have any jobs relating to magic, anything violent, anything undead/spirit/witch/mage/werewolfs/zombies etc. Wont get job for all dragons though as some are just passengers and get to enjoy life on the ship. Dragons are never forced to work in my lair but some enjoy it :D

I dont collect familiars as too many of them have looks and names which I dont want in my lair

Hatchling Caretaker
Botanist
Ornithologist
Snake Charmer (Herpetologist)
Goat Herders/Keepers
Painters
Geographer
Potion Tester
Guard
LeatherWorkers
Casino Managers
Blacksmiths
Interior Designer
Story Tellers
Herbalists
Janitors
Librians
Miners
Paleontologist
Archaeologist
Musicians
Fishers
Vault Keepers
Curators
Psychiatrists
Meteorologist
Doctor
Nurse
Singers
Chefs
Tattoo Artists
Fireworks Experts
Photographers
Hunters
Ceramicist
Poets
Chemists
Engineers
Spys
Bartenders
Meme
Stylists
Partyplanners
Rodent Breeders/Keepers
Tailors
Perfumers
Jewelers
Architects
Merchants

I think this is the list I got so far. I try to keep the jobs for reminding too much of eachother as all dragons WILL have a bio once I find a writer who don't go on hiatus :P

That is an impressive list of occupations Tarn! Just a note that the word librarian is spelt wrong but otherwise everything looks good.

You don't have any gamers, comedians, or linguists, I noticed. Those might be something to consider if you're ever in need of a few more job roles.

And if I bother you with my enthusiasm on the subject, please let me know. Sometimes my inner-nerd pops out when I'm inspired by a bunch of ideas.

Skyrim & Oblvion could be my gamers.. that would fit them :D Thanks for that suggestions. Comedians i need, not sure if linguists is needed as i both got Librarians and teachers :D

I went with Spine & Scapular for my Message Therapist and Condo & Mansion for my Architects

Now to think on a name for my comedian pair .. maybe Punchline for one of them?

And I love inner nerds.. Im self one of them! I can bore all my family with talks on dragons and bios and matching names and genes :P

Comedian Theme Suggestions: Satire and Parody or Screwball and Slapstick? There's also Improv.
