That was my 1st assumption at a quick glance, but looking into it further, the DMF version seem to be called "Wings of Flame" and acts as a buff, and is placed on you once shot into the air straight after the commencement of the quest,

The caster sprouts wings of flame, allowing them to fly.
... and only lasts 10seconds, but is modified by the rings you fly through, it's not an actual useable/castable item/spell.
The
Wings Of Light so far has a 1.5 sec cast time and summons and dismisses your Wings of Light. It also only mentions ground speed modifiers , so it might not even be used to actually fly. (similar to the new Creeping Carpet.)
That said it's also not confirmed to be a permanent mount, it could be an item not dissimilar to The Hallows Eve Broom sticks or Moonfangs Shimmering Moonstone, or it could be something tied to one of those quirky Ashran Class only items, who knows!
Just going to have to wait and see on this one I think, that and hope for the best
So by that point we got the swift white steed, I love the mount but I still want the white stallion.
