It looks like they have used the new night elf male model there.
Also, the trolls looks different. Don't know what it is, but they don't look like the old model. Specially the female.

Yup, they're the new model trolls. The only one not unveiled by now is the nelf male, but I see they've already used it for the portraits. Looks good 
I lov how much choice will we have, and yet I dread it at the same time. I hope the follower limit will be just the number of active followers at any given time, so we can collect all and then pick our favs.
