I like what they've done with glyph of lesser proportion. You add it (or not ) to each call pet slot, so you can have a mixture of smaller and normal sized pets.

Edit: not true

Oh wow, that's an interesting option! Expensive if you want them all small, but pretty cool if you want a mix!

It's just the five active pet slots, and it uses older herbs, so should be pretty reasonably priced.

Edit: also not true

I did not know they changed it!!! I'll have to get it now since I can make some smaller while others stay LARGE.

That is really neat. It would be good for some of my pets. Does it indicate which slots have it though? cause I will definitely forget where I put it.

Yes. In the spell book, click on the call pet icon to open it up, and each slot that has been modified will be flagged, and mousing over it will give more info.

Edit: again, not true

Do you have to do them in order? I can't seem to apply a glyph to any of my call pet slots but the first, and the only one I'd really like it on is the fifth. I mean, I guess I could reorder the way I handle my call pet slots but that seems like a lot of work to have a tinier seagull, lol

Pets remember their action bars when you change their specs back and forth now. It's been a nuisance for a long time, and it brings a little smile to my face whenever I change pet specs and everything's right where it should be.

Oh REALLY. I love my chimera pets but their floppy flappiness drives me absolutely crazy (especially when their wing clips repeatedly through my head...) The ability to SPECIFICALLY shrink certain pets and leave others normal actually makes that glyph worthwhile. Bats too. I love the new bat model but HURG they're so unwieldy!

someday I'll find someplace to host a sig that isn't stupid money-grubbing photobucket

If I'm dong it wrong, let me know how to do it right... but glyph of lesser proportion isn't working like that for me. It only lets me put it on the first pet slot, and it shrinks all the pets (even though the first one is the only one with the altered tooltip).

Everyone, I am so sorry. I was reporting what a guildie told me before I got around to testing it myself.

Neat idea though. I almost wish we could apply it directly to individual pets since they are UI elements in the Stable/Call Pet. :)

Not that vital, actually. Binding Shot, Wyvern Shot, etc do a pretty decent job in restraining rares that would normally do massive damage.

The music. Especially the music in Lion's Rest in Stormwind, which I am currently just sitting here listening to. Try it. You'll like it.

Survival spec! Its damage could probably use a boost, but I'm having a lot of fun with it!
