What level can Horde tame Bees?

I know they are all scaled to 120 for Horde Hunters, but can Horde only tame them at 120, or can they tame them at 118/119? Trying to plan out what level to drag my Horde hunter over to Stormsong.

I haven't tested this personally, but others have posted that 120 mobs in the opposing continent are tameable at 118.

Yup! Anything in Kul'tiras via Horde is 120. Just like anything in Zandalar for Alliance is 120.

So I dragged my Horde to Stormsong at 118 and was able to tame a 120 Bee.
This begs the question:
Why can a 118 hunter tame a 120 beast, but a 120 hunter can't tame a 122 beast like Beehemoth?

Most likely because Bee's are a scaling mob so there is flexibility within the taming code , were as Beehemoth is a set level, thus requires lv 122 to tame.
