There was also a flying ray on the first image they showed, which looks like it might use the dragonhawk animations. That would be wonderful if that was a thing.

One of the bosses in the Mechagon dungeon appears to be a steel-colored mechawolf.

Oh. Well, it looked like a ray instead of that thing, but the screenshot was extremely hard to get details from. Still, I hope it's a tameable ray.

Tidal Guardians will be tamable by Hunters! Eel-like that shoot lightning. There are also snap dragons, which are a reptilian underwater creature.

Feel like Snap Dragons could be put in the lizard family.
Tidal Guardians probably in their own family, and they look really cool.

Tidal guardians look like a mix of a mosasaur and an anglerfish. How will that be tameable though? We can't tame any aquatic creature other than crabs and the eel snakes. If they get a unique land animation, I better see tameable sharks too. I need me a hammerhead.

It's possible that they are like those other Eel creatures and can survive on land and move around via levitation.

Wait, the giant fish are tidal guardians? Am I looking at the picture wrong? He said they could be tamed. In WC3 they were more like giant snakes/worms that spat lightning.

Could somebody ask Muffinus about the Tidal Guardian? Clarify if it's indeed those big eel anglerfish guys or not.

He said during the stream that the creatures seen earlier are Tidal Guardians, so it is possible that they redesigned them in WoW.

Unless it is this, but this seems to be using the half-buried worm model, which is incomplete and doesn't have any movement animations.

I'm happy that rays will be tameable. If one looks like a spotted eagle ray, I'll be content as all hell. Now all I need is confirmation on Snapdragons and new crabs, and I'll be happy enough. Anything else would be a great bonus.

EDIT: Val, don't forget that they can easily have a non-buried version of the worm model too. They just happen to forget using them for other worms since the Jorumungar days.
